In 1996 we opened IMAR ST HILARI SL. Our goal is to provide solutions for electrical installations in the commercial automotive sector, manufacturing electrical wiring and control systems.
Since March 2006, IMAR SANT HILARI has been located in a new building, with 600 m2 production area, and 400 m2 for storage, where the technical and administrative offices are also located.
Our team is made up of 20 experienced people and we have the support of the technical office and administration of the parent company IMAR SL, dedicated to electrical installations. Thus, we formed a group of 45 professionals in the electrical wiring sector.

How we do it
At IMAR SANT HILARI We design and manufacture the electrical installations for the client. We also manufacture installations based on schematics designed by the client, interpreting them and adapting them to the operation of our production chain.
To optimize time and resources in manufacturing the installation, IMAR SANT HILARI has developed an innovative technology that facilitates the coding of the different cables that make up the vehicle’s electrical installation. We use automated printers with a cable selection system unique in the industry.
Later we move on to the placement of the different protections, with the required material, such as tube, mesh or flanged (among others), and to the placement of terminals and connectors.
Each product is subjected to permanent quality, resistance and correct operation controls throughout the assembly chain, checking the correct electrical connection unitarily at the end of the process.

- 2 KOMAX ALPHA 530 with 15 m long collection belts.
- Automatic 15 m coding/cutting/collecting lines for sets of 5 and 10 bundles, with IMAGE and WIEDENBACH ink injectors, KOMAX210 cutters and collector connected to PC.
- Manual printer/cutter with LINX inkjet.
- Semi-automatic coding and cutting line for cables up to 35 mm², with WIEDENBACH ink injector and KOMAX330 cutter.
- Automatic cutter with 2 integrated KABELMATIC terminal presses and LINX ink injector.
- Presses and dies for different terminals.
- MAV pull terminal pressure tester.
- Electrical verification area with 2 manual verification sets and with WK220 and WK240 microprocessor control.

We are certified ISO 9001, which validates us in the manufacture of electrical wiring installations and control systems for the sectors of chassis manufacture for passenger transport, nautical, mobile machinery, prefabricated housing and different commercial vehicles.
